Roll-up door latches and storage door hasps
This is the family where a millimetre of mounting-hole pattern decides whether the part fits. It is also the family that keeps a roll-up door working after the original hardware has been discontinued.
Choose your configuration
Latch and hasp orders are decided by the door type, the fixing centres and the finish — measure before choosing.
- Products
- Slide bolt latches · door hasps · latch guards · mounting plates · return springs
Sold as assemblies or as replacement parts. - Door type
- Roll-up · swing · slide
Match to the door profile, not to a product photo. - Mounting
- Punched to drawing
Hole pattern verified against the drawing before the full run. - Finish
- Zinc plated · powder coated
Finish chosen for the exposure of the door. - Fit input
- Door type, mounting dimensions, or a photo of the existing part
A photo of the old part is usually the fastest route.

Fixing centres have to match the door you already have, so they are confirmed per model rather than published as a range that may not fit.
Fit and compatibility
- Send the door type and mounting dimensions, or a photo of the existing latch — that is usually enough to identify a match.
- Where the original part is discontinued, we work from the drawing or reverse-measure a sample you send.
- The mounting-hole pattern is verified with a First Article Inspection before the full run — this is where a latch fails to fit.
- Latches and hasps are frequently ordered with overlock hardware; both are verified against the same sample door.
Fit is measured, not guessed. Send the fixing centres and a photo of the closed door; a latch 2 mm out will not catch, so we check with a sample before production.
Ordering information
Terms for latches and hasps. Fixing centres and finish are recorded with the order, because a re-order has to match the door they were measured against.
- MOQ
- From 500 pcs
Where a project needs two fixing centres, both are quoted on the same order — the minimum applies to each model. - Samples
- From 5 days
Sent so you can fit the latch to the door and confirm it catches cleanly before committing. - Batch production
- Around 30 days after spec and artwork confirmation
Fixing-centre variations depend on tooling, so they are scheduled before the peak season rather than inside it. - Delivery terms
- EXW · FOB · CIF · CFR · DDP
Latches and hasps are bulky for their value, so volume weight decides which term is cheaper rather than distance alone. - Payment
- T/T · L/C · Credit card
On latch orders the balance is released against the documents, since the fixing dimensions are already committed. - Documentation
- Spec sheet, inspection record, packing list, pre-shipment photos
Latch and hasp records cover the bolt, the spring and the finish for the model ordered.
Send the fixing centres and the door type, and the quotation will be built around the latch that actually fits.

Buyer questions
How do I match a discontinued latch?
Send a photo of the existing part with a ruler, or post us a sample. We reverse-measure it and confirm the replacement against the dimensions before production.
Do you supply complete assemblies or just parts?
Both. Complete latch and hasp assemblies for a new installation, or replacement parts and kits — bolts, springs, mounting plates — for maintenance. Tell us which, because the packing and MOQ differ.
Can you work from the door manufacturer's drawing?
Yes, and it is the most reliable input. Send the drawing or the door model and we will confirm the mounting pattern and fastener positions.
Will the latch fit a door we already have?
We verify the hole pattern with a First Article Inspection against your drawing or sample before the full run. If the first article does not fit, the batch does not start.
What makes a latch fail before the door does?
Usually the hasp or the mounting rather than the latch itself, and often a door that has drifted out of alignment. Working through the door before replacing the part is what prevents the same failure a second time.
Are the fixing bolts supplied with the assembly?
Tell us the door thickness and the fixing arrangement and we will confirm what travels with the assembly. Fixings can be included or left out to suit how your installers work.
