What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the information you provide: name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product interest, quantity, delivery details and any files you upload (drawings, artwork, serial number files, door photos).

Why we collect it

We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, confirm fit and specification, produce and ship your order, and keep the records needed for quality traceability.

Who sees it

Your information is handled by our sales and technical team. We do not sell it. Where a shipment requires it, a freight forwarder or customs broker receives only the details needed to move the goods.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for the period required for quality traceability and accounting. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time, unless we are required to keep it for an order already placed.

This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful to buyers.
