What should I send to get an accurate quote?
Product family, quantity, door type or cylinder size, the customization you need and the delivery country. A door photo is often enough to confirm fit. Anything you cannot answer, leave blank — we will ask.
How fast will I hear back?
Most enquiries are answered within 4 business hours during working hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00 GMT+8). If your message arrives outside those hours, it is picked up the next working morning.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We host buyers in Wenzhou and can arrange a live video walkthrough if travel is not practical. Give us a week's notice so the relevant line is running.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+8. Anything that arrives outside those hours is picked up on the next working morning rather than held.
Can we send drawings and photos with the enquiry?
Yes, and it usually shortens the quotation. Door photos with a ruler in frame, a drawing of the hasp or the cylinder cut-out, and your unit count answer most questions before they are asked.
Is there a person who stays with our account across orders?
Orders are handled against a named contact and an order reference, so a repeat purchase does not restart from the beginning. Ask for the reference to be quoted on later enquiries and it routes to the same place.
